Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to multiview and is part of the Terms of Service.

You are responsible for the photos, scans, models, prompts, project data, and other content you upload, generate, share, sell, or otherwise use through the Service.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, contract, court order, or third-party right.
• Scan, upload, share, sell, or otherwise use content without the required rights, permissions, or consents.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, design, trade secret, privacy, publicity, property, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Scan people, private spaces, restricted areas, confidential materials, documents, license plates, or sensitive objects without required permission.
• Create, process, share, or sell non-consensual, harassing, abusive, exploitative, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or invasive content.
• Upload malware, malicious files, or content designed to interfere with systems or users.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, storage rules, quotas, rate limits, billing controls, security controls, or moderation systems.
• Probe, scan, attack, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its providers.
• Use the Service to build competing datasets or train AI or machine learning systems from other users' shared content unless the relevant owner has expressly authorized that use.
• Misrepresent ownership, permissions, source, quality, accuracy, or commercial rights in a model or project.
• Use outputs for safety-critical, medical, legal, construction, surveying, manufacturing, insurance, or other high-risk decisions without independent validation by qualified professionals.

Model License Restrictions

The Service may use third-party model materials from providers such as Meta. You may not use the Service or outputs in ways that violate those model licenses, including unlawful activity, infringement, privacy violations, malware, fraud, impersonation, military or warfare uses, weapons development, nuclear applications, espionage, export-controlled uses, or other restricted high-risk uses.

Sensitive Scans

Take extra care before scanning or uploading:

• People, faces, bodies, children, or biometric-like content.
• Homes, offices, private interiors, security systems, valuables, keys, access cards, or identifying details.
• Artwork, branded products, copyrighted designs, trademarks, industrial designs, or patented products.
• Government, military, critical infrastructure, transportation, school, hospital, or restricted locations.
• Weapons, controlled goods, illegal goods, regulated products, or dangerous objects.

You are responsible for determining whether scanning, processing, sharing, or selling a model is allowed.

Enforcement

We do not routinely review private project content. We may investigate reports, review content, restrict sharing, remove content, suspend accounts, block uploads, preserve records, or report activity when necessary to operate and secure the Service, enforce the Terms, respond to legal requests, or protect users and third parties.
